18th Annual Turkey Trot

Thanksgiving 2026

Join United Way of the Coastal Empire on Thanksgiving morning at Daffin Park for its 18th Annual Turkey Trot!
Come as you are or in a Thanksgiving-themed costume and hit the 4-mile course.

The race route starts at Daffin Park, loops through the picturesque Ardsley Park neighborhood, and ends up back at Daffin Park. Participants are invited to the awards ceremony, which includes food and beverages. No rollerblades. Pets are permitted only with participants.

8:00 am Kids K (0.62 miles, ages 10 and under, *complimentary)
8:15 am Diaper Dash (35 yards/0.02 mile, ages 3 and under, *complimentary)
8:30 am 4M Run/Walk

Registration

December 5, 2025 – December 31, 2025: $25.00 (early registration!)
January 1, 2026 – June 4, 2026: $30.00
June 5, 2026 – October 31, 2026: $35.00
November 1, 2026 – November 25, 2026 (closes at 6 pm): $40.00

Registration will CLOSE on Wednesday, November 25 at 6:00 PM EST UNLESS SOLD OUT BEFORE THEN.
There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. If you would like to participate in the race, please make sure to sign up in advance.

  • ALL registrations must be done online – no cash will be on-premises.
  • Come early to packet pick-up on Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure your shirt size availability!
  • **Please know – Only registered participants will be allowed on the race course**

Race will begin promptly at 8:30 AM on Thursday, November 26, so please make plans to pick up your bib at Fleet Feet on Tuesday, November 24, or Wednesday, November 25, to ensure you have what you need before the race begins!

Kids K race bibs will be available at packet pick-up (*complimentary, included participation ribbon)

Awards will be presented immediately following tabulations at Daffin Park.

Proceeds from the Turkey Trot benefit United Way of the Coastal Empire’s Community Fund. Through the Community Fund, United Way invests in more than 80 programs across 50 nonprofit agencies, provides direct assistance through the 211 Information & Referral Service and County Service Centers, and connects volunteers to causes that strengthen our community.
