A workplace campaign brings a company and its employees together to improve lives in the Coastal Empire by supporting the work of United Way. This can involve payroll deductions, corporate gifts, fundraising events, and more. By fostering a culture of generosity and community engagement, we can collectively make a significant impact on our community.

Traditional
Workplace Campaigns

Providing employees and organizations with a simple and effective way to give back is at the heart of our traditional workplace campaign model. This experience can be customized to your organization’s unique needs but typically includes an opportunity for your employees to engage in United Way of the Coastal Empire’s mission through workplace giving and an opportunity for your organization to advance our work through a corporate gift or employee match.

How we customize the experience:

Presentations

United Way volunteers and staff often educate workplaces through presentations. Our goal is to educate the community about our mission. A presentation offers an excellent opportunity for your employees to gain a better understanding of the scope of our work and its impact on the community.

Employee giving

We invite employees to invest in our mission through monetary donations. These contributions fund the social infrastructure established by United Way, supporting our grantmaking, direct services, and volunteerism efforts.

Employer options:

  • Payroll deduction- supported by the organization
  • One-time gifts
  • Our online giving platform streamlines both methods

Corporate gifting/ Employee match

We invite companies to also invest in our mission through monetary donations. This can be in the form of a flat one-time gift or in many cases companies choose to match a percentage of employee contributions.


Special Events

Companies can also choose to host special events in addition to a traditional campaign, often these are utilized to engage employees in an exciting and motivating way to encourage participation.

Non-Traditional
Workplace Campaigns

Is a traditional campaign not feasible for your business? We can also facilitate Non-Traditional options. We also aim to execute unique campaigns and secure vital sponsorships, this approach ensures your support is not limited to traditional methods but embraces creative, diverse strategies that resonate with modern workplaces and communities.

  • Donating proceeds:
    • Of total sales for a specified time frame
    • Of an item or service for a specified time frame
