United Way Hosts 14th Annual Turkey Trot

SAVANNAH, GA (Nov. 24, 2022) – More than 1200 runners and walkers participated in United Way of the Coastal Empire’s 14th Annual Turkey Trot presented by SouthCoast Health. The annual Thanksgiving morning tradition took place at Daffin Park in Savannah with festivities for the whole family, including a Kids K, Diaper Dash, and a 4-mile Run/Walk.

As part of the tradition, many participants came dressed in Thanksgiving-themed costumes for the costume contest. The 4-mile Run/Walk race route began at Daffin Park, looped through the beautiful Ardsley Park neighborhood, and ended up back at Daffin Park, where the post-race awards ceremony took place.
