The Importance of Dependable Transportation
Having access to reliable transportation is essential for individuals as it allows them to get to work, school, medical appointments, training opportunities, and other critical resources. It also provides greater opportunities for social and economic growth.
The Women Who Rule campaign, led by United Way WOMEN UNITED®, is committed to this endeavor through fundraising and awareness. Women leaders and local change-makers from all backgrounds inspire others to donate and serve their community in new ways.
We hope to see you at our Women Who Rule Campaign luncheon, where we will celebrate women’s achievements, encourage one another, and raise funds for the WOMEN UNITED® Transportation Fund. If you miss the event, don’t worry—you can still contribute to this worthy cause.
Honor a Woman
As part of the Women Who Rule Campaign, we’re offering a heartfelt way to celebrate the incredible women who inspire you. With a donation of $100 or more to the Women United® Transportation Fund, you can honor a woman who rules in your life.
For every $100 contributed, we will recognize you and your honoree on our social media channels throughout March as part of our Women’s History Month celebration.
