In this workshop – “Harnessing the Power of Mentorship” – we will explore the importance that mentoring has on professional development. Mentors have to be prepared to understand his or her mentees and be able to provide expectations and learning objectives. Mentors also need to be skilled at delivering constructive feedback. This workshop is intended to address some of the attributes that can help in becoming a more effective mentor, such as:
